HOW IT WORKS
OUR PROCESS

PROPOSAL
We would love to start off by learning a little bit about you and the essence of your event. During the process, together, we will carve out a custom proposal to ensure we implement your distinctive vision.

PLANNING
About 30 days before the event, we will touch base with you or your planner to talk details in depth. Your job is to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the magic unfold.

CAPTURE + EVENT DAY
Before your event, we will spend time filming the location you chose. Once the festivities begin, we will let the story unfold before our cameras, capturing moments both big and small. We do our best to remain as a fly on the wall, seamlessly blending into your event so that your authentic self will shine on film.

PRODUCTION
The edit of your personalized product begins with a careful selection of music that reflects the emotions of the day. After reviewing all the film footage, favorite stand-out audio clips from the event are selected and woven together with moving imagery to capture the essence and official story of your film. The end result is a visual tapestry that encapsulates the feeling and atmosphere from your special day.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS & WHAT DOES THE AVERAGE CLIENT SPEND?
We start at a minimum of $2,400.
ARE THERE ANY SURPRISE FEES I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
Additional add-ons (travel, shipping, etc.) are not built into your custom proposal price. The only time this price will change is if additional services or products are added on after the initial booking.
HOW DO WE SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION?
We can meet locally at our office found under the "contact" menu. Also, if you’d like to meet over Zoom and talk details, just let us know and we’ll send you a Calender link to schedule time right on our calendar.
DO YOU TRAVEL OVERSEAS?
We serve clients all around the world. Traveling overseas to capture everything from engagements, to weddings, to lifestyle shoots, to commercial shoots is what we love most.
WHO WILL BE FLYING THE DRONE?
Trey is a certified remote pilot and takes care of the majority of our aerial footage. If we need an additional filmmaker to fly the drone, we will only bring on another licensed remote pilot.
